We kindly request that you do not use the product and launch the complain within 24hours of receiving of order and preserve its original condition, including tags and packaging. While you’re welcome to try on a product, please take adequate measures to maintain its condition.

    • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and marked complain within 24 hours of receiving of order and order should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact (e.g., shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
    • We only accept returns for products purchased directly from the Sprinkles website, mobile site, or app.
    • Shipping or COD charges incurred by you are not refundable.
    • If you self-ship your return/exchange, please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable courier service.
    • Allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your Sprinkles account.
